We want you to be comfortable as you explore our site, and share in its interactive nature. Our employees are committed to providing an online environment that is both Private and Secure by adhering to confidentiality standards that are designed to protect our customers' personal information. Personal Data
Most of the information provided by Easy Living® is offered without our collecting any personally identifiable information from you. For instance, you can search our site for Homes without giving out any personally identifiable information. In order to maximize your experience and to provide you with enhanced "Personal" products and services, Easy Living® collects Personal Data such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address when you register with us. If registered, when searching for a home we will gather information such as property type, size, price and desired features. We also collect information that website visitors provide when they complete any online form, application, survey, or when they request a quote for insurance or finance.
General Data
Easy Living® uses various Internet technologies which help us to manage our site operations and track usage behavior so that we can tailor information and advertisements to make your visits more enjoyable and meaningful. These Internet technologies include:

Sharing your data
As a general rule, Easy Living® will not disclose any of your personal Information to third parties. The following describes some of the ways that your Information may be used by Easy Living®.
By requesting information or services from Easy Living®, you give Easy Living® permission to transfer your information, as necessary, to the appropriate parties, such as the lender, appraiser, or inspector you select, so that they can fulfill your request and provide you with the services you require. All personally identifiable information you provide to Easy Living® will be made available to your Agent and other Easy Living® employees with a need for the information. Generally, your Agent will coordinate the disclosure of your information to third parties. For example, your Agent may disclose your name and the address of the property you want to purchase to a building inspector when you request our assistance in arranging an inspection of the property. The various lending institutions, title companies and other service providers involved in your Home Purchase or Sale may each have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your personally identifiable information. However, Easy Living® accepts no responsibility or liability for third party privacy policies or the actions of any third party with respect to your personally identifiable information.
From time to time, you may be offered the opportunity to receive materials or special offers from third parties. If you opt to receive information from these third parties, Easy Living® will share your name and email address with such third parties. Under confidentiality agreements, Easy Living® may match Customer Information with third party data. Also, Easy Living® discloses aggregated Customer statistics (for example, 50% of our Customers are male) in order to describe our services to prospective partners, advertisers, and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes
Other: Easy Living® may also disclose account Information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this Information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating Easy Living® Terms of Use or may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Easy Living®'s rights or property, other Easy Living® Customers, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. Easy Living® may disclose or access account Information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it and for administrative and other purposes that we deem necessary to maintain, service, and improve our products and services.
Collection of information and your choices
On occasion, we may use your e-mail address to send you communications with information about your transaction, valuable tips, or services and product information that we believe may be of interest to you. If you do not want to receive such communications from Easy Living®, simply contact us at privacy@ezliving.com or click on the "opt-out" link contained in the e-mail.
You have a choice as to whether to provide your personally identifiable information. However, certain information may be necessary or required by law in order for you to obtain some services provided by Easy Living®. Although you are not required to disclose any personally identifiable information to us, portions of our Web site and other specialized services may be unavailable to you without such information.
Your Easy Living® account may be deleted by contacting privacy@ezliving.com. However, you will not be able to access any of the products and services offered by Easy Living® if you choose to delete your account. Please note that we may be required by law to retain certain personally identifiable or demographic information about you even if you choose to delete your account. For example, some loan programs are governed by state and federal law and require the disclosure and retention of certain information regarding loan applicants. However, we will only retain or use such information as is required by law. Please note that Easy Living® will never share or sell your information without your permission, except as described in this Internet Privacy Policy.
Control the use of your data
In case you change your mind or some Information changes (such as your zip code or e-mail address), we will endeavor to provide a way to correct, update or remove the personal data you give us. Additionally, to keep you in control of the communications directed to you, we offer users the opportunity to "opt out" of having information shared with parties outside of Easy Living® and/or its affiliated companies. If a user wishes to update Information or objects to any usage provided herein for any reason, he/she may e-mail the requested change to: privacy@ezliving.com. Depending upon the Information at issue, the user may have to restrict all usage, rather than specifying only certain instances where the Information should be restricted. You may also visit http://www.ezliving.com. You will need your Login ID and Password to access your account information online. If you have lost your password, you may request a new one by sending an e-mail to custserv@ezliving.com. You may also contact your Agent to edit the information you provide to Easy Living®.
Linking to a third party site?
Our web site provides links to other web sites. Please be aware that when you click on one of these links, you are going to another web site even though the Easy Living® logo or banner may still be visible. Information you enter on these other web sites is being collected by that site, not Easy Living®. Is my Personal information Secure?
Easy Living® works hard to ensure that our systems are secure and that they meet industry standards. Where appropriate, we employ firewalls, encryption technology, user access codes (e.g., userIDs and passwords to enter account holder areas) and other access control mechanisms to control access to systems and data. Even with these security measures, we cannot guarantee that your communications with our site will never be unlawfully intercepted, or that your personal information will never be unlawfully accessed by third parties. Your password should never be shared with anyone. Easy Living® will never ask you for your password in an unsolicited telephone call or e-mail. We will continue to assess new technology to evaluate its ability to provide additional protection of your personal information.
